Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it’s been placed. If you're having second thoughts about your online order, please email our customer service support info@FlutterFit.com so that we can work with you.
How do I track my order?
Once your item has been shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with the USPS tracking number.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Amazon Pay and FlutterFit gift cards.
All orders are shipped via USPS. We offer FREE shipping on orders of $25 or more. Standard shipping is $5 for orders under $25. USPS Priority 2-3 day shipping is available for $6.50 per order.
Our goal is to ship within 2-3 days, but sometimes due to sales or holidays it may take up to 4 business days. If you need your item right away, please upgrade to priority shipping and your order will be shipped within 24-48 business hours. Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. This will update every 24 hours.
Here is a list of holidays that the post office is closed. Please keep these dates in mind.

Need to return an item?

Regular purchases may be returned for store credit within three days of receipt granted that clothing is unwashed and unworn and tags are attached (if tags were present). When your return is processed, you will receive an e-mail with the store credit/gift card included. All sale items are FINAL SALE and are not able to be returned.

Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
How do I exchange an item?
We cannot process exchanges by mail.
When will my purchase be refunded?
We’ll refund you with a merchandise credit within seven business days of receiving your package. You will receive an email when this transaction has taken place.
Are there conditions for returns and exchanges?
Yes. Items must be unwashed and unworn with the hangtag attached (if tags were present). Priority shipping is not refundable. You must also contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Are there any items that can't be returned?
Sale items and items like underwear, headwear, gift cards, and water bottles cannot be returned.
How can I figure out my size if I don’t have my exact measurements?
We always recommend you ask a friend or family member to help with your measurements before purchasing any items online because we want our products to fit you perfectly for all of your daily activities. Check out our size chart to learn all about how to measure and determine your size.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards online. If you have any questions regarding gift cards, our Customer service support team would love to hear from you firstname.lastname@example.org. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
