All returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise credit will be issued for all returns. We stand behind our products.
To make an online return, follow these easy steps:
- Email Info@flutterfit.com for the label.
- Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag or box
- Tape the shipping label to the outside of the package and make sure that the barcode portion of the label is visible
- We’ll issue your store credit to you within seven business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.
How can I exchange an item?
We cannot process exchanges by mail.
Are price adjustments offered?

Are there conditions for returns and exchanges?
Yes. Items must be unwashed and unworn with the hangtag attached (if a tag was present) and accompanied by proof of payment. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
